Looking to cancel your order? For order fulfillment related reasons, we are only able to let our customers cancel their order within one hour after placing it. Instructions on how to cancel an order is given below:

• If you already have an account with us: Log in to your account, go to your Orders tab and request a cancellation. Click here to see your orders.
• Ordering as a guest? Find this link in your order confirmation email — "Click to view order details". Click on it & it will redirect you to your order details page where you will find a link to request a cancellation at the bottom left.
• Please understand that the cancellation window is one hour. After that, the order gets fulfilled and the process can not be reversed.
